Mental health is real.
Depression is real.
Anxiety is real. Su***de is real.

Check on your loved ones—a simple message can save a life. A Whatsapp voice note can save a life, a phone call can save a life💜 🫂

Both Men and Women are victims of this.

And sometimes we chose silence or either cry it out.

We end up shouting to our loved ones and becoming bitter to them
And to anyone struggling right now, please talk to someone.

You are not alone. There is hope, and your story is not over yet.

💛Pain is deeply personal, shaped by experiences that only you fully understand.

🪴What feels overwhelming or quietly heavy to you does not need validation from anyone else to be real.

No one can step into your life, your memories, or your emotions and judge their weight.

Your pain matters simply because it exists, and you deserve space, compassion, and understanding as you carry it.
