PATIENT CENTRED CARE: A LIVED EXPERIENCE.
In this video Hilary narrates two stories from her experience as a patient.

One summaries a situation where she encountered a healthcare worker who did not care about her personal fears, and the other is about another healthcare worker who cared deeply for her fears as a patient.

At PaCeM-Afro, we believe that healthcare stories are a useful tool in engaging people, with improvement of the healthcare system. Telling the story of one patient's experience gives us a vivid look into our very own healthcare system.

We hope you learn a thing from the lessons she gives at the end concerning how best we should engage with our patients.

…let’s meet in the comments sections!!!
