It's a beautiful day for our mother land, the Pearl of Africa. Our creator has used it to take good care of it. The beautiful landscape with the fresh air it provides. The fresh water lakes, the lovely wild life. The fertile lands that feed the nation. We are sorry we've hurt heart you thru our destruction of forests, pollution, poor waste disposal etc. Let's take this opportunity to show Uganda some love. Let's plant trees, let's segregate and properly manage waste. No littering. Individually, we can make our motherland a better place. For God and my Country. Happy 59th Anniversary.

Milk in infancy and childhood.
Is cow milk safe for children?
Physicians now recommend that plain cow’s milk shouldnot be fed to children younger than one year. One reason is that it provides too much protein, and not enough iron and highly unsaturated fats, for the human infant’s needs.Another disadvantage to the early use of cow’s milk is that it can trigger an allergy. The infant’s digestive system is not fully formed, and canallow some food protein and protein fragments to pass directly into the blood. These foreign molecules then provoke a defensive response from the immune system, and that response is strengthened each time the infant eats. A number of infants suffer from an allergy to the abundant protein in cow’s milk, whose symptoms may range from mild discomfort to intestinal damage to shock. Most children eventually grow out of milk allergy.Way forward: Carefully prepared formula milks are better approximations of breast milk.
