Inna lillahi wa inna ilayhi raji'un. May Allah grant peace and mercy to Sheikh Nkata's soul. I pray he gives his family and the Ummah the strength and patience to endure this loss. May Allah grant sheikh Nkata a high place in Jannat fir daus. Truly we have lost a leader and teacher that many have been able to really be better because of him. May Allah look at that and forgive him all his short comings. May he remove all the fitnah that might come with his loss. Ameen ya rabb ameen. Buli omu agumye mune naye kitalo nyo nyo nyo.

1. Take your blood pressure at the same time of day for every new recording.
2. Avoid caffeine and alcohol at least 30 minutes prior to your reading.

Awareness on Menstrual hygiene was given to both school going and non school going girls between the ages of 11-20.

All girls were given a highlight of when they are expected to get into their menstrual periods and how to react over the situation.

Girls were taught how to clean themselves during their periods and how to dispose off their used pads for proper hygiene.

Over a hundred (100) girls plus in Kisenyi urban village Bwaise were issued with both reusable and single use pads.

Over 100 girls plus were equipped with practical knowledge and skills on the use of both reusable/washable pads and single use throw away pads and how to hygienically dispose them off to safer places to maintain community hygiene.

All girls were carefully taken through the basic first aid given the two cases of a nose bleed and swallowed bone of a fish. Others did a live practice after the training.

Girls were basically taken through what covid19 is, how it’s spread, and how you can control it. Girls were trained on how to use masks and sanitizers to control the ongoing pandemic.

A lot of clothes and shoes shoes were collected by FAIFAH team and the chairman of Kisenyi village helped us in giving away of these clothes and shoes because he could identify the most needy girls in his community. The exercise was a success.
