Breathing is something we do every second, yet we rarely think about our lung health.

Have you noticed mild coughing among people around you? Please don’t take it lightly. A persistent cough is not something to ignore. Respiratory illnesses such as pneumonia, tuberculosis, asthma, and COVID-19 continue to affect thousands in various communities.

Symptoms like a persistent cough, chest pain, or shortness of breath should never be overlooked. To protect yourself, practice good hygiene, avoid exposure to smoke, wear a mask in public and crowded places, and seek medical care if symptoms persist.

💥Protection shouldn’t always be in season!💫

We don’t need to wait for a special awareness day to start important conversations about s*xual and reproductive health. Every day is a good day to choose responsibility.

Using condoms consistently and correctly is one of the simplest and most effective ways to protect yourself and your partner. They help prevent unintended pregnancies and reduce the risk of s*xually transmitted infections (STIs), including HIV. Beyond protection, they are a sign of mutual respect, care, and shared responsibility in relationships.

We all have a role to normalize open, stigma-free conversations about safe s*x. When we speak openly, we empower young people, couples, and communities to make informed decisions about their health.

Protection is not seasonal.
