KNOW ABOUT YOUR HEALTH
Having high blood pressure (hypertension) is not usually something that you feel or notice. It does not tend to produce obvious signs or symptoms. The only way to know what your blood pressure is, is to have it measured.
Normal blood pressure :
Less than 130/80mmhg
High blood pressure causes:
1.stroke
2.Heart attack
3.Kidney damage
4.Eye damage
Prevention :
1.Exercise 30 minutes daily
2.Reduce salt in food and snacks
3. Eat plenty of fruits and vegetables.🍏🍊🍋🍌🍇🍆🥑
4. Reduce weight.
5. Take alcohol in moderation.
6. Avoid stress.
