Dr Tonny Mutanda - orthopedic surgeon , Dr Saul Kagwa - Gastro- Enterology Surgeon and Dr Martin Nkundeki , Team leader at Wentz Medical Center this morning . We celebrate you Doctors , may the new hospital amplify your gifts for Gods glory
Friday afternoon I was at Wentz Medical Center and noticed a mother who had just completed treatment for her two young children and was preparing to leave. As she bent to lift one of them, I saw her suddenly stiffen with pain. I approached her, and one thing led to another—we were able to care for her as well. She is now on her way to receiving life-saving treatment.
Moments like this remind us that what happens here is never the work of one place or one person. As friends and partners walking this journey together, your love, prayers, time, talent, treasure, and fellowship quietly flow into moments of healing every single day.
As she was caring for others, God placed us there in that moment to notice her own pain. It reminded me how deeply connected we are in this work. Together, we are caregivers—standing in the gap for people whose lives are touched through your partnership , even if they may never know your names.
I am writing simply to say thank you. We hold you warmly in our prayers and continually give thanks to God for you.
We believe that God sees you and holds you in His care. May His angels carry to you the goodness and mercy He has prepared for you.
Happy New Year.
With deep gratitude,
Dr. Martin
