Hello Doctor Yoface, am writing to you this with the most heartfelt gratitude and gratefulness to the Almighty God for ever landing on you as I browsed Facebook one day.

My husband took this picture when we were almost giving up on our little Mirembe in a certain hospital where we were told that only bone marrow transplant surgery was the only small chance we had and all doctors had convinced us that there is no effective treatment and possible cure for sicklecell disease, we had used alot of money doctor to sustain this girl, she used to have blood transfusions twice every month since she was 3years, that is alot of money those with sicklers can understand me, being coupled with alot of ibuprofen which sometimes failed that she was injected with morphine. Mirembe would always be crying and always fainted due to pain, it was too much for us to handle and my family was almost falling apart.

Coming across a post that sicklecell could heal with stemcell treatment was like a miracle to me that was too good to be true since no other doctor had ever mentioned it to us but when you're stuck and desperate it leaves you no other choice.
