am not an answer guide but a problem solver,those of you who ask questions like your carrying out an investigation then that shows a disgrace .feel confident because am not after money , not after fraud but to just solve your problems . asking questions wont solve any problem but to just constrain your brains. i suggest problems first then questions last .
