Antepartum haemorrage is a condition where a pregnant mother experiences vaginal bleeding during the last three months of pregnancy. The blood may be seen outside (revealed) or not seen outside (concealed). Both are dangerous. Yesterday, I attended to a mother with concealed APH and the baby had died in the womb. Let's ensure that a mother gets immediate attention from a trained health worker in case a mother experiences abdominal pain with reduced fetal movements with or without seen vaginal bleeding.
