*VALENTINE'S DAY ! Today we celebrate Valentine's Day which is perceived as Love day! at Buhumuriro *Counseling center , we have decided to share a symbol of love & care towards our residential clients because we believe every life matters, in most cases people with mental health challenges are judged, criticized & paid less attention especially those battling with addictions & other mental health challenges, sometimes showing them love & empathy contributes towards their recovery, therefore today we gave each a client a sweet which symbolizes love & care towards them, some have shared how they have never reviewed any gift on Valentine's Day, some have shared how no one has ever showed them love & care, we understand that by the time their family brings them for treatment is sign that they care about them, though some percive it as a punishment. Let us share love, empathy & be kind towards people battling with mental health challenges because every life matters 🙏🏾. Counseling center
