Sometimes I get time to think about the future of Emergency medicine. On before half of VISION FOR TRAUMA CARE IN AFRICA. We say everyone deserves a right to emergency care services in every hospital let it be PNFP, Government, private facilities. Let every facility equip their staffs with skills in basic emergency handling.
Let's develop EMS in uganda

As an ECP graduate from Mbarara university of science and technology, through my Emergency medicine practical rotation at AE departments of different hospitals , I have discovered that handling emergencies it takes heart, love and hardworking.
In this festive season amidst of COVID 19 pandemic . I encourage everyone to stay where you are, keep social distance, put on your mask, sanitize yourself as much as possible.
Things you solving
-Breakiing the chain spreading of covid 19
-EM practitioners are getting a relief
-Un necessarily road traffic accidents are reducing.
-etc
A good health it's everybody's responsibility

ISO 14001 ENVIRONMENTAL MANAGEMENT SYSTEMS
All organisations, small to large should implement environmental management system standards for it's designed to save the environment, fight global warming since it develops the culture of environmental management on the grass root at all stages of the company daily operations.
NOTE. Almost all activities that are carried out in the daily operations affect the environment but the system answers the questions of environment. All countries that have embraced the ISO policy on Environmental management have been able to handle all such issues at least to the highest standards.

ISO OSHAS 18001 OCCUPATIONAL HEALTH AND SAFETY
The occupational health and safety issues in some companies are alarming, many lives have been lost, many accidents have been reported, many looses have been incurred, many opportunities have been lost to mention but just a few of the effects of poor occupational health and safety management.
All organisations, small and large should embrace the occupational health and safety management system and technical personnel for safety should be employed to over see the implementation of the Safety standards, ensure proper selection of safety equipment, safety training and tool box before any activity commences, and carry out risk assessment for all the activities. ISO OSHAS 18001 calls for constant safety management, making safety to become a culture of stake holders hence handling and answering questions of safety that are so many for some companies.
