Concussions aren’t always obvious — and kids don’t always speak up. Headache, dizziness, nausea, mood changes, trouble concentrating… even “just not acting like themselves” can be a sign.

If your child took a hit during sports, recess, or at home, get them checked. Early evaluation = safer recovery and faster return to school and play.

🤧 Cold and allergy season is in full swing! Most coughs are the body's way of protecting the lungs by clearing mucus and irritants. However, call us right away if your child has trouble breathing, wheezing, a high fever, or if the cough lasts more than 3 weeks.
