Often, we practice awareness as something mental.
We look back, categorize our strengths, or try to “figure ourselves out.”
This kind of reflection can be useful.
And sometimes, it keeps us inside the story of who we think we are.

I would like to extend my heartfelt gratitude to everyone who joined last week’s “Meeting Life’s Challenges with Calm and Clarity” seminar and especially to Maria Stoimenova and English Language Café for their support and excellent coordination! 🌱

It was truly a privilege and a joy to share the science and practice of mindfulness with such an engaged and thoughtful group. Your openness and curiosity made our time together deeply rewarding. 🙏

Το Κέντρο Ανάπτυξης Ενσυνειδητότητας - Mindfulness 360 παρέχει εξειδικευμένα και επιστημονικά καταρτισμένα προγράμματα, workshops και retreats, εστιασμένα στη βελτίωση της ποιότητας ζωής, τον εμπλουτισμό της επαγγελματικής πρακτικής ή την αναβάθμιση του περιβάλλοντος εργασίας μέσω της ανάπτυξης, καλλιέργειας και ενσωμάτωσης της ενσυνειδητότητας (mindfulness).

​Βάση κάθε εκπαιδευτικής προσέγγισης, είναι η βιωματική και συστηματική εκμάθηση πρακτικών ανάπτυξης δεξιοτήτων ενσυνειδητότητας όπως η αυτορρύθμιση της προσοχής, η συγκέντρωση και η αποστασιοποιημένη παρατήρηση με στόχο τη βελτίωση της ψυχικής ισορροπίας, συναισθηματικής ανθεκτικότητας και πνευματικής διαύγειας. Συνδυάζοντας πρακτικές διαλογισμού και στοιχεία γνωσιακής-συμπεριφορικής ψυχολογίας τα προγράμματα εκπαιδεύουν στο πώς μπορούμε να αλλάξουμε τον τρόπο που προσεγγίζουμε τον εσωτερικό και εξωτερικό μας κόσμο και το πώς διαχειριζόμαστε τις εμπειρίες μας.

​Οι συμμετέχοντες, μαθαίνουν να προσεγγίζουν και να αξιοποιούν τους έμφυτους εσωτερικούς πόρους και δυνάμεις που όλοι έχουμε για μάθηση, αλλαγή και ανάπτυξη. Με κατάλληλη καθοδήγηση και συστηματική πρακτική, οι προσεγγίσεις με βάση την ενσυνειδητότητα μπορούν να βοηθήσουν στο να διαχειριζόμαστε με επιδεξιότητα και αποτελεσματικότητα τις αναπόφευκτες προκλήσεις της ζωής, να αναθεωρήσουμε μη επωφελείς συμπεριφορές/συνήθειες, να αξιοποιήσουμε περισσότερο την δημιουργικότητα και την κριτική σκέψη και να απολαμβάνουμε τις καθημερινές μας στιγμές. Μας βοηθούν να φέρουμε στην ζωή μας ισορροπία, αρμονία και πληρότητα, στην μόνη στιγμή που έχουμε πραγματικά για να το κάνουμε, το παρόν.
