🎉 Congratulations to Angela V., Front Office Supervisor at the Erath/Delcambre Community Care Clinic, on receiving our Service Excellence Award! 🌟

"I went to the Erath/Delcambre Clinic as a patient needing a paper copy of a prescription that had been electronically sent in the week before. However, due to pharmacy issues I could not find the medication at a local pharmacy in stock. I was running out of medication the next day. I showed up to the clinic at 8:30 am sharp and was greeted by the sign-in desk and Ms. Angela was called over to hear my issue and concern. She politely asked me to write down my info and the medication needed. She then took that sticker to the provider who was in clinic and within just a short period of time the nurse came out and handed me the script on paper. By 10:30 am, I had the medication in my possession. I was so thankful for the compassion and assistance Ms. Angela provided to me in a very frustrating situation. This may not be a huge gesture, but her attitude and assistance made an impression on me. Great service! Thank you so much Ms. Angela for being kind and sweet."
