The most recent appropriations for the Department of War expired at 11:59 p.m. EST on September 30, 2025. Military personnel will continue in a normal duty status without pay until such time as a continuing resolution or appropriations are passed by Congress and signed into law. 1. Visit https://my.mhsgenesis.health.mil/ Log in with your DS Logon or CAC Click "Appointment" at the top of the page
2. Click "Schedule Appointment"
3. Select your Primary Care Manager (PCM) or view all appointment types to see a provider on your team
➡️Active Duty: Select "Military Medicine Visit" Type "MTF" in the text box, then select "Active Duty Medical Home"
➡️Non-Active Duty: Select "Internal Medicine Visit" Type "MTF" in the text box, then select your assigned team
4. Final Step: Select a time and date that works for you!
