Think of your uterus like a hot air balloon 🎈 — supported by ligaments that attach to the sacrum and pelvis.

When everything is balanced, the balloon has plenty of space for baby to grow, move, and prepare for birth.

But if the pelvis or sacrum shifts out of alignment, those ‘strings’ pull unevenly, changing the shape of the balloon. This can create tension, reduce space, and make it harder for baby to find the ideal position.

I have been teaching yoga since 2019 after completing yoga alliance’s 200 hour training and an additional 85 hour prenatal training. I am very passionate about using movement as medicine. I found my yoga practice immensely beneficial during my own pregnancy and postpartum journeys.
