Think of your uterus like a hot air balloon 🎈 — supported by ligaments that attach to the sacrum and pelvis.

When everything is balanced, the balloon has plenty of space for baby to grow, move, and prepare for birth.

But if the pelvis or sacrum shifts out of alignment, those ‘strings’ pull unevenly, changing the shape of the balloon. This can create tension, reduce space, and make it harder for baby to find the ideal position.

✨ “Hi! I’m Grace Goehring, a board certified physician assistant, mom, and yoga instructor. I have been teaching yoga since 2019 after completing yoga alliance’s 200 hour training and an additional 85 hour prenatal training. I am very passionate about using movement as medicine. I found my yoga practice immensely beneficial during my own pregnancy and postpartum journeys. This class will bring together a culmination of pregnancy safe yoga poses and a supportive community of women. I’m excited to flow with you.❤️”

I’ve been sharing a lot lately about how chiropractic is more than pain relief — it’s about supporting the body’s innate ability to heal, adapt, and thrive. 🌸

Pregnancy isn’t a disease or a condition to ‘fix.’ It’s one of the most natural and powerful expressions of health a woman can experience.

Continuing my education in prenatal and pediatric care has been a true calling for me. This weekend’s Webster Technique training deepened my understanding of how to best serve and support our expecting mamas. 🤰✨

I take caring for expecting mothers seriously and always strive to bring the best practices into my care—so every mama feels supported, empowered, and confident as she prepares to welcome her little one.
