Five years ago, we took over the salmon-colored space we now call home.
At the time, we only had one model for a media photo. 😂

But we’ve come a long way since then.
In our care. In our team. In our growth. Through the failures, the wins, and everything in between.

Here’s to many more days of putting our hard-earned talents to work.
Because the truth is, hands-on healers and therapists often wear out physically long before they ever lose their passion, skill, or ability to care for others. ❤️

All of those lines across your face..
We’ve had so many good conversations with people who we see each week, and I think what we forget is how much our faces hold tension while we sleep.

Jaw tension / clenching → pulls on lower face, nasolabial folds, jowls
Lip compression → vertical lip lines, downturn at corners
Brow tension → etched forehead lines
Side sleeping → asymmetry, deeper folds on one side
Neck/platysma tension → downward pull on the face

It’s hard to unwind the 6-9 hours of tension while your face settles in to a resting position. There’s a lot you can do to rehydrate and relax those muscles.
