How much water are you drinking daily?
There are different rules of thumb: 8 8-ounce glasses; or half your body weight in ounces (100 pounds = 50 ounces).
Coffee does not count as it is both a laxative and a diuretic. So it takes water with it.
There are many creative ways to get more fluid: soup, teas, juice, juicy fruits for example.
Bear in mind that a sudden onslaught of fluid may overwhelm your system and may lead to increased urination.
It's okay to take it easy and build up slowly.
