This week someone told me, “I just have normal back pain.”
And I can’t stop thinking about that because once upon a day I used to say that until a PT told me it wasn't - Whoops 🤪
Back pain has become so common that we’ve started calling it normal… but that doesn’t make it something your body is meant to live with every day.
