Two bears headed off to two families this week. Unfortunately when we make bears we are usually making more than one at a time.

The larger dark brown bear is going to a family who lost their baby weighing 7 pounds 5 ounces.

The light brown bear is going to a family whose baby weighed 155 grams.

Our mission is to assure that we help provide some comfort with our weighted bears to families that have said goodbye to their babies.

Ironic that a sign that hangs in our kitchen behind our bears reads “Those we love don’t go away, they walk beside us every day.” 🩵🩵🩵
