👑 Unit 16, Session 4 — Daniel’s Prophecies (Daniel 7–12)

This Sunday at Kids United…

Daniel’s visions can feel mysterious, but their message is clear: God is in complete control—past, present, and future. Earthly kingdoms rise and fall, but God’s kingdom is forever. Even the spiritual battles we don’t see cannot stop God’s plans.
These chapters remind kids that God is sovereign and trustworthy in every part of life.

✨ MAIN POINT:
God rules over all kingdoms and all of history—His kingdom will last forever.

💡 CHRIST CONNECTION:
Daniel’s visions point to Jesus, the Son of Man, who rules over every kingdom. One day all who trust in Him will be with God forever.

❓ BIG PICTURE QUESTION:
How can we glorify God?
👉 By loving Him and obeying Him.

📖 KEY PASSAGE:
“Do everything for the glory of God.” — 1 Corinthians 10:31

Jesus Is Our Rescuer (Luke 2)

This Sunday at Kids United…

This week we celebrated the greatest news ever told — the birth of Jesus! God announced the arrival of the Savior not to kings or important leaders, but to humble shepherds in a field. An angel appeared declaring “good news of great joy for all people” — the Messiah had come!

The shepherds hurried to meet Jesus, worshiped Him, and couldn’t help but share the good news with everyone they saw. Jesus came from heaven to rescue us from sin — God kept His promise!

✨ MAIN POINT:
Jesus is the promised Messiah who came from heaven to rescue us from sin.

💡 CHRIST CONNECTION:
The angels told the shepherds that Jesus’ birth was good news for all people. Anyone who believes that Jesus lived, died, and rose again for their sin will be saved. Jesus is God’s promised Rescuer!

❓ BIG PICTURE QUESTION:
How can we glorify God?
👉 We can glorify God by loving Him and obeying Him.

📖 KEY PASSAGE:
“Do everything for the glory of God.” — 1 Corinthians 10:31

This Christmas, help your kids remember: Jesus came for them. He is the Savior, Messiah, and Lord — the greatest gift we will ever receive.

🔥 Unit 16, Session 2 — Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego (Daniel 3)

This Sunday at Kids United…

This week we looked at one of the boldest moments of faith in Scripture. Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego refused to bow to Nebuchadnezzar’s idol—even when threatened with a fiery furnace. Their declaration still inspires believers today:

“Even if He does not rescue us… we will not serve your gods.”

God was with them in the fire, protected them, and displayed His glory to the entire kingdom.

✨ MAIN POINT:
We worship God alone and stand firm in our faith—even when it’s hard.

💡 CHRIST CONNECTION:
These three men refused to bow to anyone but God. When we trust in Jesus, God changes our hearts so that we worship only Him. Jesus is our Savior and King.

❓ BIG PICTURE QUESTION:
How can we glorify God?
👉 We glorify God by loving and obeying Him.

📖 KEY PASSAGE:
“Do everything for the glory of God.” — 1 Corinthians 10:31

⭐ Unit 16, Session 1 — Daniel Obeyed God (Daniel 1)

This Sunday at Kids United…

We learned from Daniel—a young man far from home, living in a land where following God was difficult and even dangerous. Even in small choices, like what he ate, Daniel chose to obey God. Surrounded by pressure to change, Daniel and his friends remained faithful, trusting that God would honor their obedience—and He did!

Just like Daniel, our kids will be reminded that obedience in the small things helps us grow in loving and following God every day.

✨ MAIN POINT:
Obeying God—especially in small, everyday choices—is always better than following the world.

💡 CHRIST CONNECTION:
Daniel obeyed God in small things. Jesus obeyed God in everything. When we trust in Jesus, God credits us with the perfect life He lived!

❓ BIG PICTURE QUESTION:
How can we glorify God?

👉 We can glorify God by loving Him and obeying Him.

📖 KEY PASSAGE:
“So, whether you eat or drink, or whatever you do, do everything for the glory of God.” — 1 Corinthians 10:31

🌈 Unit 15, Session 5 — Ezekiel Gave Hope (Ezekiel 37) 🌈

This Sunday at Kids United our kids explored one of the Bible’s most powerful pictures of hope: Ezekiel’s vision of the valley of dry bones. When God asked, “Can these bones live?” Ezekiel knew the truth: only God can bring life where there is none.
God showed Ezekiel how He would restore His people—bringing life to what was dead, hope to what was lost, and unity to what was broken. This pointed forward to something even greater: Jesus, the promised King from David’s family, who gives
new life to all who trust in Him!

✨ MAIN POINT:
God gives new life through Jesus—He brings the spiritually dead to life.

💡 CHRIST CONNECTION:
Without Jesus, we are like dry bones—dead in our sins. But God makes us alive when we trust in Jesus. Through the Holy Spirit, He stays with us forever and helps us walk in His ways.

❓ BIG PICTURE QUESTION:
What is God like?
👉 God is holy, good, and loving.

📖 KEY PASSAGE:
“The LORD is good to everyone; his compassion rests on all he has made.” — Psalm 145:9
This is a great week to remind your kids: Nothing is too hard for God. He brings dead things to life and gives hope where it seems impossible. 🌱✨

🌟 Unit 15, Session 4 — Judah Was Taken Captive (2 Chronicles 36)

This Sunday at Kids United, we walked through a sobering but important truth: sin has consequences. Even though God was patient with Judah—sending prophets, giving good kings, and offering warning after warning—the people continued to turn away from Him. Eventually, God allowed Babylon to capture Judah and destroy Jerusalem, just as He had said.

But even in judgment, God did not abandon His people. He promised that after 70 years, He would bring them home again. God keeps His promises—even when His people are unfaithful. 🙏

✨ MAIN POINT:
Sin brings consequences, but God offers forgiveness and hope through Jesus.

💡 CHRIST CONNECTION:
Judah faced judgment for their sin, and so do we. But the good news is this: Jesus took the punishment for our sin. Through His death and resurrection, everyone who trusts in Him is forgiven and rescued forever.

❓ BIG PICTURE QUESTION:
What is God like?
👉 God is holy, good, and loving.

📖 KEY PASSAGE:
“The LORD is good to everyone; his compassion rests on all he has made.” — Psalm 145:9

This week, talk with your kids about the seriousness of sin—but also the incredible mercy and forgiveness God offers through Jesus. ❤️

🌿 This Sunday at Kids United! 🌿

Unit 15, Session 3 — God Promised a New Covenant (Jeremiah 17; 31)

This week our kids learned an incredible truth from the prophet Jeremiah:
Even though our hearts are sinful and we cannot save ourselves, God promised something completely new—a New Covenant! 🙌

Jeremiah reminded God’s people (and us!) that trusting in our own strength leads to failure, but trusting in the Lord brings life, strength, and hope—“like a tree planted by water” (Jer. 17:8). God, in His everlasting love, promised to forgive sin forever and to write His law on the hearts of His people.

🌟 MAIN POINT:
God promised a new covenant to forgive sin and change our hearts—and Jesus is the perfect fulfillment of that promise!

✨ CHRIST CONNECTION:
Just like the people in Jeremiah’s day, we all have sinful hearts that can’t obey God perfectly. But through Jesus’ death and resurrection, God made a new covenant. When we trust in Jesus, our sins are forgiven and God changes our hearts to love and follow Him.

❓ BIG PICTURE QUESTION:
What is God like?
👉 God is holy, good, and loving.

📖 KEY PASSAGE:
“The LORD is good to everyone; his compassion rests on all he has made.” — Psalm 145:9

Take time this week to talk with your kids about God’s amazing promise and thank Him for the forgiveness and new life we have in Jesus. ❤️
