Yet another reminder of why I do what I do!

So many people feel nervous or even intimidated by the idea of getting a massage. Please know, it doesn’t have to be that way. This client didn’t even need to de-robe for me to help release tension and address the deeper issues in her hips and low back. There are always ways to work within your comfort level.

Bodywork can be gentle, respectful, and still incredibly effective. You deserve to feel good in your body again! 🌿
