She has worked as a Licensed Specialist in School Psychology, as a certified health coach, and is currently a yoga instructor at Abilene Yoga House. She enjoys working with a wide variety of clients, while holding a nonjudgmental space. She is an LBGTQ+ affirming therapist and welcoming to all.

Hello, everyone. Jeff was officially discharged from the hospital today! !🫶
We are happy to see him home and relaxing.
He will be home recovering for at least the next 4 weeks.

Hello everyone, I just wanted to give an update on Jeff. His heart surgery went well and he is now out of the ICU. From what I have seen in spending time with him today, he is eating, moving around, and in good spirits. He still has weeks of recovery ahead but we are so thankful that he is doing well in this stage of his treatment. Thank you to everyone for so much kindness and support.
