Asking for help:

We are looking for a motivated RN or LVN to join our team! We are a solo-private internal medicine practice running a small 400 patient population clinic that provides superior service with acute and chronic care. We provide in-house executive level physicals, including blood draws, 12 lead EKG, ABI, Spirometry and more. Duties include rooming patients, ordering labs, filling medications, triaging patients, calling back results and handling day-to-day patient care continuity. Some background in scheduling, Athena, and prior authorization would be preferred but not required. Customer service and a one-of-a-kind patient experience is our goal. We offer health insurance, dental and vision. Competitive pay and clinic hours 8-5 M-Th and 8-12 Friday with flexibility as well as sick time and PTO. National holidays off.

Happy New Year!
As we continue to have growing/moving pains, apparently phones are down again with resolution hopefully tomorrow. Unsure of what the issue is. I’m always available on my cell phone. Hope you enjoy today with friends and family. Thank you for your support and understanding.

We sent out letters recently about our move. Due to a complication our phones are down for the time being. We are still receiving faxes and refill requests. For any emergencies, please call 911 or go to the ER. I will be available by cell phone, it is on your MDVIP cards or message me for it. Thank you and sorry for the inconvenience.

Phone office and fax as well as internet is up and running. We are working to reschedule appointments and get meds filled to get caught up. We will be extending office hours next week possibly into the weekend if needed to get caught up. I know some people were not able to get lab this week for appointments but we will try to accommodate everyone. Feel free to call with questions, or concerns.

Please check on those that may not have friends or family in the area, live outside of town, and may be without water, support, electricity. I am going to try to drive by patients houses tomorrow if at all possible. Please stay safe.
