Why I recommend Manual Lymphatic Drainage BEFORE your surgery.

Getting Manual Lymphatic Drainage BEFORE Plastic surgery - often called Pre-Hab- prepares your body for trauma, resulting in faster healing, reduced swelling and minimized scarring.

Here are three key reasons to get Lymphatic Drainage before plastic surgery.

1. Reduces Post op swelling and bruising. By clearing excess fluid and stimulating the Lymphatic system prior to surgery you reduce congestion and get the Lymphatic system working optimally. This proactive approach leads to significantly less swelling and faster reabsorbtion of bruising after surgery.
