OK. We want people to love us...
the way WE want to be loved. (Except Jesus said his disciples should "Treat other people The way we WANT to be treated".. we do it first!
Yet when someone does something to frighten us or to upset us, we hold onto that fear and we hold onto that hurt instead of listening to what Jesus said :
love one another and so prove you are a disciple of mine
Perfect love casts out your fear
forgive your brother 70×7 times
the unforgiven is unforgiven.
Why is it so easy to forget how much Jesus has forgiven us and yet we are unwilling to forgive other people… We want justice for them, but not for ourselves.

On June 1st, I started this cleanse. Had some cramping on day two and three.. decided to back off just a little. Started taking two drinks per day (am & pm) and only taking the supplements (Turkey rhubarb and cascara sagrada) only in the evening.
One week later, I believe it's working well.. the fiber is TERRIFIC! I love how easy it is to take and how I feel at evacuation, much easier and more consistent from time to time.
If you haven't cleansed, this is a good one.. it also comes in a gentle strength.

When I find a scale, I'll let you know progress on that direction. In the meantime, my allergies seem to be lessening. SOOO thankful!
