1. Corrective skin care definitely has its place. But if you constantly strip away your natural oils, you MUST replenish with nourishing and hydrating products.

2. Your diet, hydration, sleep and overall lifestyle choice WILL positively or negatively affect your skin.

3. Skin care products are not created equally, so you really get what you pay for. “Cheaper” products have more water and less active ingredients (Like...A LOT less active ingredients. That’s a whole other video)

4. Good skin will not ALWAYS equal CLEAR skin. Our hormones play a huge part in our skin’s health, and that means we can have flare ups from different issues. That’s ok! Be realistic with your skin goals and don’t let social media filters fool you into believing you’re not beautiful 🫶🏻
