Today we’re celebrating Emogene and her incredible progress here at Willowcreek Rehab & Nursing!
Over the past weeks, Emogene has been working hard with our therapy team — pushing herself, staying positive, and showing everyone what determination truly looks like. And today, she reached a HUGE milestone… she’s officially up and out of her wheelchair! 🙌💪
We are so proud of her dedication and honored to be part of her journey.

🌿 Gardening Club Creativity on Full Display! 🌿
Our residents have been getting their hands dirty — in the best way! 🪴✨ This week, they brought out their handmade pots to give our garden a fresh burst of color and personality. From painted terracotta to upcycled containers, every pot tells a story and adds a touch of charm to our shared green space.
It’s amazing to see how a little creativity (and a lot of love for plants) can brighten up the whole community! 💚

🎨 Creativity was in full bloom at Willowcreek this week! 🌼
Our residents had a wonderful time painting their pottery pieces — each one as unique and colorful as they are. From mugs to bowls and everything in between, the smiles (and a few splashes of paint!) made for a truly joyful afternoon.

🎨 A Creative Afternoon in Willowcreek! 🏡
This afternoon, our Willowcreek residents rolled up their sleeves and got their hands dirty—in the best way! Residents spent a relaxing day exploring the art of pottery, shaping beautiful bowls, mugs, and keepsakes to take home.
The room was filled with laughter, creativity, and a few splashes of clay (it’s all part of the fun!). 💕
A big thank-you to our wonderful instructor for guiding everyone through the process and to our residents for making it such a joyful, memorable afternoon.

🧠🎉 Brain Games Fun at Willowcreek! 🎉🧠
What a fantastic day of friendly competition and laughter here at Willowcreek! Our residents put their minds to the test with a round of Brain Games — from memory challenges to word puzzles and quick-thinking trivia. 💡
It was wonderful to see everyone cheering each other on, sharing smiles, and showing that keeping our minds sharp can be so much fun!

Ronald Glenn made excellent progress while at Willowcreek Nursing and Rehab. He put in hard work to exceed his goals for regaining function with functional mobility. On admission, he required a great amount of assistance from therapy and nursing staff with bed mobility, use of a wheelchair, self-care tasks, and was unable to ambulate. He participated in therapeutic exercise and activity, strength and balance training, and therapy. Ronald is now able to transfer without assistance, ambulate with a walker, and return home at his prior level of function. Awesome Job, Ronald !! We are so proud of your progress and return home.
