Welcome to Harmonious Balance. Sessions available Tuesday through Saturday. All sessions begin with a crystal sound bath bowl experience to harmonically balance and bring you to peace within yourself. Followed by a body, mind, and spiritual balance tailored to fit your personal needs. I utilize several varieties of healing methods to bring about a Harmonious Balance of whole self. The sessions themselves are designed to pull you away from the drain of the everyday and refresh and renew. I also do group sound bath meditations which make one familiar with the seven main chakra areas and how to maintain a proper balance in your personal self.
