We are PSYCHED to now carry toilet stools at the clinic!
This may seem like a silly thing to be excited about but this product is one of our absolute favorites for pelvic health.
👉 Elevating the feet, so that knees are higher than hips, while seated mimics a deep squat. This position is an effective way to relax pelvic floor muscles for more complete bladder and bowel emptying!
👉 Toilet stools can be helpful for EVERYONE who sits down to go to the bathroom, but especially those who struggle with constipation, difficult bladder emptying, prolapse, pregnancy/postpartum discomfort.
