Awakening the Wisdom Goddesses... From March-July WTY's Book Club, led by Tamara McNaughton, will discuss the feminine working with Sally Kempton's book "Awakening Shakti: The Transformative Power of the Goddesses of Yoga." Join us for an online, monthly group gathering to discuss the ten Great Wisdom Goddesses of the East! We Zoom the second Tuesday of every month 7:15-8:15 pm; free to join and livestream only.

We're excited!! Laura Blankenship will be leading "Slowing Down, Turning In" on Tuesdays from 9:30-10:30am ❤️

"The time of year to slow down and turn inward is here. Just as the other animals hibernate, the fields turn brown, the critters go underground, we too, are called to a season of going within, of slowness. This practice combines powerful, intentional, poses and dynamic movement with emphasis on breath, and lots of opportunities to pause and breathe into stillness.

We will end each class with savasana and then 15 minutes of meditation or breathwork to practice turning within for guidance."
