Our office is proud to announce that we have officially implemented the use of SmartHeart technology for performing 12-lead EKGs. This advancement has significantly improved both our efficiency and overall patient care when rapid cardiac assessments are needed. With SmartHeart, we’re able to obtain accurate readings much faster than with traditional methods, eliminating the need for multiple leads and adhesive electrodes. This not only saves valuable time in urgent situations but also provides a more comfortable experience for our patients. By streamlining the EKG process, our team can focus more on what matters most delivering timely, high-quality care. We’re excited to continue embracing innovative tools like this to better serve our community and enhance the level of care we provide every day.

Looking back on a great weekend at the Move Mountains Mission (M7)! 🏔️🩺

For nearly four decades, Dr. Handy has volunteered his time with The Health Wagon to ensure that our neighbors have access to the care they deserve no insurance required. 🤝

From providing relief for chronic joint pain to performing skin biopsies and coordinating with teams from ETSU and VCOM, it was a busy and rewarding weekend for everyone involved. 🏥✨

Each day she helps ensure records are accurate and processes stay on track. Before joining us, she worked for Watauga Orthopedics and also brings experience as a pharmacy technician.
