Fresh off of a great Soiree at the end of October at The Love Shack with 10 people and deep meaningful dialog here's the next great event coming up this weekend. Cellular Emotional Release Work is one of the missing links to personal growth transformation and transcendence. In Shamanism, Ta**ra, and indigenous trance dance sound and movement are critical in releasing toxic emotional energy from the body. And, unless we can fully feel and let go of these past cellular memories, we will keep repeating painful sabotaging patterns from our past. ALL OF US have these unconscious patterns due to the early developmental processes in the brain from childhood. Energy work is important to loosen up stuck emotions, and, cognitive behavioral therapy is important for changing our thoughts. However, without emotional release work negative patterns and projections will persist in the long term.

In this talk I am going to demonstrate and teach at least 8 different techniques you can do regularly on your own to keep your emotional bank account clean and present. You do not need a therapist or coach to practice these emotional clearing and completion exercises. The most important thing is sound and movement and the healing will take care of itself. Please join me for a fascinating 30 minutes of acquiring the tools that will help you create your own emotional lifeboat!
