My best tips for fast weight loss:

Fast as much as possible. Look, if you got weight to lose, does it make sense to eat like clock work? Take a break from eating and let your body burn your stored fat!

You can fast anytime. I either don't eat breakfast, don't eat lunch or don't eat dinner, depending on my schedule and what's convenient. If I am busy in the morning, I skip breakfast. If I work at night, I skip dinner. It's practical, healthy and painfree, because I am busy.

Tip number two is to cut out sugar and carbs, ALL sugar and ALL carbs!!! That means all the so called healthy carbs such as fruit, juice, yogurt, grains etc.

Why? Because ANY sugar or carb spikes insulin. Insulin in the blood prevents fat burning.

Our bodies can get energy from either sugar and carbs OR fat, not both at the same time.

So if you want to get rid of your extra pounds, either fast or don't eat sugar and carbs. Instead, allow your body to burn your stored fat.

Tip number 3 is to eat A LOT more fat. Fat fills you up for longer and does not spike insulin, hence it helps you lose fat.
