Unfortunately, we still have not received our shipment. We have been opening for limited hours and doing our best to work with the few products we have left. We completely understand the frustration—please know that no one is more frustrated than we are as business owners.

The weather situation was beyond our control, and our order was placed before the snow and ice storm hit. We did have sufficient inventory planned to carry us through, but the delivery delay changed that unexpectedly.

We truly appreciate everyone who has been patient and understanding during this time. And to those who are frustrated, we still sincerely apologize. This is not something we ever wanted to happen, and we’re doing everything we can to get back to normal as soon as possible. Thank you for your grace and support. 🤍

🛑 We apologize that our hours have been a little off this week. Unfortunately, due to weather conditions, our shipment coming from Memphis was unable to be delivered as scheduled, which caused us to run low or completely out of some products.

The good news is our shipment is now on the move and headed our way! Because of this delay, we will be closing at 11:00 today, and we’re hopeful to be fully stocked and back to business tomorrow.
