Hello we would like to thank Blissful patients for your continued support; however we work daily to ensure all your needs are met. Remember that we care for several patients. Please keep that in mind. The same respect I expect my staff to give to patients; I expect patients to have respect for staff. Please don’t call the clinic or come into the clinic being disrespectful. Also, please don’t call and ask the staff to do things that are not professional or within standards. Grant staff the same respect that you’re granted.
Also, if services are rendered payment is required. Getting an attitude with staff when you’re asked for payments for Co- Pays or balances. That’s not sensible.
We did not:
1. pick your insurance, your co pays or deductibles
2. decide that you needed a PA for medications or procedures,
3. decide not to pay for your medication or procedures.
You (the patient) picked and chose your insurance plans. Please know what you’re picking when choosing insurance coverage. Ask those questions regarding which procedures or products your insurance covers, co-pays and deductibles. I understand we all have frustrating days but please be respectful to the staff when you call the clinic or come into the clinic.
Thanking you in advance,
Yoshie Lilley, FNP-C, PMHNP-BC
