Addressing Scholarship Questions or Concerns:

1. Seniors at Choctaw County High School, I spoke with your Counselor Mrs. Crider and she confirmed that she sent the scholarship to every senior on remind app on March 25th at 7:15am. Please go check your remind app. The deadline has been extended to all seniors but for the seniors that completed the requirements prior to the deadline of 11:59pm on 4/15/26 a 1 point incentive will be added to your total score to make the process fair for all. Again, the deadline was extended but for the seniors that already applied you will receive a reward for following through.

2. Second question: if the scholarship was only for Choctaw County Schools, no it’s open to all highschool seniors.

Scholarship Time!!! Blissful Nursing Scholarship Foundation (BNSF) has updated the process scan the QR code on the card and the application will be available in PDF form! Good luck seniors!

Special consideration for Blissful Patients! You can earn up to 5 points if you or your family member is a Blissful patient.

Please add the name to the front of the information form if you or your immediate family member (mom, dad, grandma, or grandpa) is a current (services provided on routine basis such as quarterly, within the last 3-4 months) patient of Blissful Nursing and MentalHealth Services PC.

Patients on home oxygen or anyone who uses electrical outlets for nebulizer or CPAP that cannot function without them should go directly to the Choctaw County community center. That is what’s being set up for shelter if the electricity goes out in this storm. If ice has accumulated and you’re unable to drive contact EMS and they will transport to the shelter.
