This high-energy HIIT class is inspired by Pilates and set to motivating music to help you move with strength, control, and rhythm. You’ll flow through a grounding warm-up, bridge series, core and plank work, strength training, and heart-pumping Tabata rounds (20 seconds on, 10 seconds rest).

Designed to be high intensity but low impact, this class keeps things powerful while staying gentle on the joints. We finish with active recovery, stretching, and a well-earned Savasana so you leave feeling balanced, refreshed, and ready for the day ahead.
