TICKETS now on sale for HONK! Performances March 20, 21, 22 and 27, 28, 29, at the Dragonfly Theater, 16 Charter Road, Acton.

All performances are relaxed/sensory friendly and feature ASL interpretation and open captioning. There will be audio-described performances on the second weekend.

We’re holding a lottery for our next Moms’ Retreat! Please join us on March 28 + 29 at the Wellsworth Hotel in Southbridge for a couple days to unplug, exhale, and reconnect with yourself and other incredible women.

Dog gone day off at AFM. We had a blast with our dog themed day. Service dog visit, games, crafts and making “puppy chow”. Keep an eye out for future events.

Our Inaugural Recreational Workshop was “pawfect”!!

President's Day Creative Workshop at AFM

Monday is a day off so come and join us for a workshop. Our theme will be all about dogs. We will have arts and crafts, music, games, snacks and a visit from a therapy dog named Annie. The class will be from 3 to 5.
If you have any interest, please let us know as soon as possible by email: director@adaptivefitnessandmovement.com
The cost will be $50. This is a drop off event for regular members of AFM. If you are not a member, reach out to receive a waiver and registration form.
Also, if your person has any food allergies please indicate that in your email.

Happy New Year!! 🎊

Dear Adaptive Fitness & Movement Clients,

As we welcome the new year, we hope you've had a wonderful holiday season and are feeling refreshed as we approach 2026.

We are pleased to announce that Adaptive Fitness & Movement will resume its regular schedule on Monday, January 5, 2026.

In consideration of winter weather conditions, we respectfully request that all members bring a clean change of shoes to wear in the gym. This courtesy helps prevent slippery conditions and protects our flooring and equipment from damage caused by wet footwear, snow, and salt.

Additionally, we are delighted to inform you that the gym now offers Wi-Fi. To access the network, please request the password from one of our coaches or scan the QR code conveniently located at the gym.

Thank you for being an integral part of our fitness community. We look forward to seeing you in the new year, sharing in our mission to promote movement and wellness.
