I was on a call yesterday where I was asked what my coaching style was like (she was interested in one of my newer Sole to Soul offers).

We had a such great conversation about what support could look like for her. Afterward, I found myself wondering what my clients would say if I asked them.

So I did. Here’s what’s come back:

“You take the spaghetti I throw at you, and line it all up.” 🍝😄

“You say things in a way I understand.” 😌

“I feel like you know exactly what I need, when to push me and when to back off.” 🤗

And one of my favs: “You help me look forward instead of getting stuck in the past. I always feel like I have a new lease on life and a new outlook when we finish working together!” 🤩

Somehow, my last spinal flow client just now could both “finally feel steady with both feet on the ground” and also “floating” as she walked out the door. 😅 which is it, my friend? 😂 I have the best job in the world 😍

When your client has massive breakthroughs (sleeping again and no pain) and now wants to bring her whole family. 🥰

When another client is sad they have vacation because that means missing sessions 🥹 (take me with you!)

When yet another client who has seen so many other providers and hasn’t had the relief nor the thorough explanation of her experience until these first few visits with me. 💟

These are the moments that keep me going. I’m fortunate to live moments like this every day, and every interaction. I’m honored to be the calm in the chaos of the body and beyond.

To all who nurture themselves, you are naturally rippling this into your homes, environments, communities and beyond. Thank you!

While today we honor mothers and mother figures, both earthside and beyond, I also want to celebrate the nurturing nature that lives within all of us. True nourishment for your nervous system goes far deeper than surface level self-care. It’s about giving yourself permission to heal, regulate, and rest… not just for your own well-being, but as a gift to everyone you touch. This is the ripple effect in action. 🌊 And why I say mother is a verb. 💟

This is a friend I was able to give a Spinal Flow session to last December when I was doing my certification requirements. We caught up yesterday, and she hit me with the “oh yeah, your session took away my hip pain”. Haha oh yeah! 😅 I said rewind, what!? Love what I do. 💟
