This is only a helpful reminder and not intended to suggest any therapy at this time. As the "virus" that spread around the world has caused anxiety and depression for so many people, we can take heart to know that this too shall pass. We should try to learn from its rapid advancement and significant effects that we must take nothing for granted. Each of us has been touched by it to some degree so let's continue to maintain the suggested health ideas, and see it through to completion so that healing and restoration is realized. Let's also learn from this bit of history so as to be prepared for the next possible pandemic to come. I will be posting ongoing videos explaining what affects may still linger once life returns to somewhat of normalcy.
