We are looking for a compassionate Home Health Aide to be our Lead/Float to provide assistance in daily living and personal care services in patients homes in accordance with an established care plan.This is a float/fill-in postion.
Responsibilities:
Provide health care services in patients residences
Perform domestic and household tasks
Runs Errands
Medication Reminders
Assist with clients personal care activities
Monitor patients (vital signs, temperature, respiration, etc) and report on their condition
Maintain patients care records and document provided services
Assist patients with mobility and physical therapies/exercises
Meal Prepping
Provide companionship
Cover call outs when possible
Fill in at patients home until permenant caregiver can be placed
Skills:
Proven working experience as home health aide/CNA
Ability to assist with ADL's
Familiarity with basic nutrition and personal hygiene standards
Effective communication with agency office staff
Caring and compassionate personality
Current CPR certificate
First Aid training
Valid driver’s license
High school degree
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Salary: $15.00 - $19.00 per hour

Experience:
Home care/ CNA: 1 year (Preferred)
License/Certification:
Driver's License (Preferred)
CNA or HHA (Required)
CPR/First Aid (Required)
Clean background check
