What is it like to take a Trapezio online training course?

Not only can you take the course where you'd like, but you can also take it when you'd like – 30 minutes there, 10 minutes here, 2 hours there. Our courses vary in length, with total length of individual courses ranging from 5 to 50 hours.

How much is your TC's closure rate costing or producing for your practice?

To calculate: First select a date range. This can be done one day at a time (in fact, we recommend TC’s monitor their closure rate daily), or for your reporting, this can be done with a block of time from a week to several months or longer.

Gathering the numbers: Find the number of same day starts and future starts that were scheduled by the TC during your desired date range, let’s say last week. Then, find the total number of exams your TC completed, followed by the number of patients they presented financials to (new patients and previous observation or no start individuals who are back in to consider treatment). Then, find the number of new patients during the time frame who needed to be placed in observation. And finally, find a number of new patients seen who did not need orthodontic treatment. Add the number of same day and future starts scheduled during the time frame. Then take the total exams and subtract the patients on observation and the “no treatment needed” folks to determine the potential patients who could have been converted.

Calculating: Once you have your total starts and the total patients who could have been converted, divide the total starts by the total number of patients who could have converted. This provides your TC's closure rate for the selected date range.
