Office News! Please Read

We hope everyone is having a great Saturday! With the upcoming holidays approaching, we are asking everyone to please not end up on Santa's Naughty list! Prescheduling your appointments for November and December assures you get your requested provider and preferred appointment time. Everyone should be maintaining maintenance care (every 2-8 weeks), because if you have waited until you are in pain, you have waited too long! Give Amanda a call on Monday to get your schedule set! We would love to see you! Appointment availability for Monday and Tuesday is listed in the pictures below.

Our Food Drive is ending next week on November 12th! Our food bins are a little sparse this season! If you have the ability to help us gather some more items this coming week, we would be very grateful! This is one of our favorite things to do for the community every year. If you are closer to Life Smiles of New Hope or New Life Baptist Church, they are also a drop-off location, as we partner with them every year to make this happen for families in our local community! If you do not have time to shop, we can do the shopping for you. There will be an office Venmo listed in the comments section if you prefer to donate that way.

Finally, if you are a self-pay patient and have FSA dollars you are looking to spend, contact Amanda about purchasing a pre-paid maintenance package. It saves you a substantial amount of money on your per visit schedule.

Our 2026 fee schedules will be releasing in the next month. We hope to have some new options for our self-pay patients and we will be eliminating credit card convenience fees for the 2026 year.

As always, we appreciate everyone's kindness and loyalty to our small business. It's been a tough year for everyone, but we couldn't do this without you. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts and for trusting us with your spinal health!

Please make sure to take note of the upcoming holiday schedule. Things tend to get packed the closer we get to the holiday, so we highly suggest prescheduling appointments in November and December.

Chiropractic care is a small part of self-care as the weather changes into Fall. We are finally feeling the cooler weather this week! Here's some of our favorite tips to stay healthy this season.

🌞 1. Support Your Energy and Immunity

Adjust your sleep schedule: Shorter days can make you feel more tired. Aim for consistent bedtimes and 7–9 hours of sleep.

Boost vitamin D: With less sunlight, consider a vitamin D supplement (check with your doctor first) or get outside during daylight hours.

Eat seasonal foods: Incorporate fall produce like sweet potatoes, apples, squash, beets, and dark leafy greens — rich in vitamins, fiber, and grounding energy.

🍲 2. Nourish and Hydrate
