Oh hi — it’s been a while!
It’s officially been one year since we relocated to Ada, and I’ve truly loved becoming part of this vibrant community. I’ve had the chance to meet so many amazing people through the Ada Business Association, and those connections have led to some wonderful opportunities — like finding my treatment space at Concierge Medicine of West Michigan and participating in a photo shoot with the talented Heather Mahoney!

So I thought it was time for a little re-introduction 👋
I’m Melissa Trauger, a physical therapist and owner of Rhapsody of Motion. I help people address a wide range of orthopedic issues from head to toe, as well as pelvic health concerns, including pelvic pain, bladder dysfunction, and bowel issues.

Your inner thighs were NOT designed to hold in p*e when you sneeze! 🤧

Although crossing your legs is a common compensation… It can lead to those sneaky muscles, called the Adductors, to become overactive, and then that’s ALL you use. 🛑

Now, stretching isn’t the only answer, that’s just what fit into this musical parody 😅
