At Ada Smile Place, we offer orofacial myofunctional therapy to help improve how you breathe, swallow, speak, and sleep. This therapy retrains the muscles of the face and tongue to support better jaw alignment, nasal breathing, and overall oral health. It can benefit both children and adults, helping with issues like mouth breathing, tongue posture, or teeth grinding. Our team creates personalized exercise plans to promote healthy muscle function and lasting results.
