Sleep issues are not always about stress or bad habits. Very often, they are hormonal.
Hormones like cortisol, melatonin, estrogen, progesterone, and thyroid hormones all play a direct role in how well you fall asleep, stay asleep, and feel rested in the morning. When they are out of balance, your sleep can suffer even if you are doing everything “right.”
Common signs of hormone-related sleep problems include waking up at the same time every night, trouble falling asleep, night sweats, early morning anxiety, and feeling exhausted despite a full night in bed.
If sleep has become a struggle, it may be your body asking for deeper answers, not just another supplement or sleep tip. Addressing the root cause can change everything.
