This is Jim’s second stay with us for his orthopedic needs. After his surgery he chose Vancrest for a skilled stay and then transitioned to our home health service through Fountain Park.

⭐️ Testimonial ⭐️

Carolyn has been coming to Vancrest of Ada on and off since 2022. Her rehab journey started in our skilled nursing facility where she came following a hospitalization. She was able to get back on her feet and transitioned home alone. Once discharged she utilized our Home Health services through Fountain Park. Through a different lens and with a different focus, our therapy team was able to get her functioning at her prior level in order to resume her roles at home and in the community. Lastly she then transitioned through to our outpatient therapy clinic to further improve her balance, strength and functional abilities. Carolyn has completed these phases of rehab multiple times over the last 3 years.

Why did you choose Vancrest for your rehab needs?

“Because I have been here before and I really have enjoyed the staff and the therapy services” Carolyn also mentioned the importance of the continuity of care she received. Having the same therapy team has been important to her.

What is your favorite thing about Vancrest?

“It is a really nice place and I really like the staff. You get to know everyone so well”

Carolyn said she would joke about therapy and said “it is fun! The therapists get to torture you to get you stronger and back on your feet”
