Are you the friendly, organized, and professional face every office needs? We’re looking for a receptionist to keep our front desk running smoothly! If you have top-notch communication skills and love multitasking, this is your chance to shine.

We are looking for a part-time receptionist
16 - 20 hrs. a week
Tuesday, Thursday, & Friday
No weekends or Holidays!🎉

What You’ll Do:
☑️Greet and assist patients, visitors & staff with professionalism
☑️Answer & direct calls efficiently
☑️Manage emails & appointments
☑️Verify insurance & collect co-pays
☑️Keep the reception area tidy & organized
☑️Handle mail, deliveries & admin tasks
☑️Support the team with general office duties

What You Need:
☑️Highschool diploma or GED
☑️Previous receptionist/admin experience preferred, but not required
☑️Excellent communication & customer service skills
☑️Strong multitasking & organizational skills
☑️Ability to work under pressure & in a team
