Big things are unfolding… and we’re so excited to share that a beautiful transition is currently in progress 🌿

As part of this evolution, we are in the process of a DBA name change to Meadow Path Healing Arts & Yoga Center—a name that more fully reflects our vision, our offerings, and the heart of what we’re creating.

Behind the scenes, we’re thoughtfully refining our spaces, expanding our offerings, and deepening our commitment to creating a place for connection, healing, and mindful living. While some changes are still taking shape, every step is guided with intention and care.

Thank you for your patience, your support, and for being part of this journey with us. We can’t wait to share what’s coming next 💫

Stay tuned—more to come soon.

What's your favorite part of our space or practice? Drop a comment below—we'd love to hear!

Ommmm.

Ommmm.

When you chant AUM, especially with that deep nasal “mmm” vibration at the end, you’re doing more than just making a sound — you’re creating chemistry.

That vibration inside your nasal passages and sinuses releases nitric oxide, a molecule scientists call “the miracle gas.”
Research shows that humming through your nose can raise nitric oxide levels up to 15x higher than quiet breathing.

Why does this matter?
Nitric oxide is one of the most powerful healing molecules your body can produce. It:
✨ Expands your blood vessels — increasing circulation and oxygen delivery to every cell.
🦠 Kills pathogens and strengthens your immune system.
🧬 Triggers cellular repair and supports regeneration.
🧘‍♀️ Calms your nervous system, helping your body shift from stress to deep peace.

In ancient traditions, AUM was known as the sound of creation.
Now, science shows it’s also the sound of cellular rejuvenation.

When you hum AUM through your nose, you’re not just chanting —
you’re awakening your body’s natural pharmacy, balancing your chemistry,
and creating the conditions for self-healing.

This is the essence of breath mastery —
using rhythm, sound, and intention to generate energy from within.

So next time you chant AUM, feel the vibration rise behind your nose,
breathe gently, hum deeply,
and remember: your body is listening. 🌬️✨

➡️ Follow for more science-backed wisdom on how your breath can heal, energize, and transform your life.

Our Story

Established in 1976, the Kripalu Yoga and Wellness Center of Northern New York is founded on the belief that all humanity is one family and that the Divine is within each of us. Our Center is a volunteer-run nonprofit organization dedicated to promoting the integration of body, mind, and spirit. We support this philosophy through the teaching and practice of yoga, wellness programs, drumming circles, workshops, and services that nurture personal growth, community, and living in harmony with nature. Come join us for a revitalizing, relaxing 90-minute yoga class to find your peaceful center within while improving your mobility and strength. Join us for our monthly Drumming and Meditation Circle and the Wellness Connection with certified Energy Practitioners offered by donation. Join us for special workshops and other events that promote personal growth and healing. We have eight acres of land including a 70-foot labyrinth, a stone circle, a ½ mile walking trail, a children’s garden, a human-sized bird nest, and a tipi. The grounds are open to the public during daylight hours. Come for a stroll and connect with nature.
